Have You Heard: Still Talking Podcast

I have a running list of magazine articles, newsletters, and webinars to sift through and usually there isn’t enough time for nearly all of the content I horde away. I barely have time to brush my hair these days (OK, fine. It’s never been a priority).

Recently High-Proof Creative become a sponsor of Still Talking Podcast, and I started listening. It’s a whiskey and distilled alcohol podcast that has published around 25 episodes.

People LOVE podcasts, however, I can’t say I listen to a lot of podcasts. There are so many out there I don’t know where to start. If I ask my friends which one to listen to all I hear is “murder.” Between the banter and the cussing of this podcast — I learn many things! I do appreciate the realness of the banter! It’s like hanging out at a bar or distillery where you’re eavesdropping on industry folks talking about spirits. 

Topics range from distillery visits, industry innovation, drinking on the job, packaging, mergers, origin stores, distillers yeast, and so much more.

Still Talking podcast is created by Colton Weinstein, head distiller for Corsair Distillery in Nashville, TN, Jason Zeno, the distillery and fermentation supervisor at Beam Suntory, and Brian Christensen, the found and editor-in-chief of the magazine, Artisan Spirit. Devon Trevathan is the editor of the Still Talking podcast. She writes for Artisan Spirit magazine, and reps Maggie’s Farm Rum Distillery.
