How We Doubled the Still Talking Podcast Social Media Following & Increased Downloads by 732%

How did we double the Still Talking Podcast social media following and increase their downloads by 732%? Hint: content and social media. And we did it all without a budget for booting or creating ads on Facebook and Instagram. In September 2018, we began creating social content for the Still Talking Podcast. Colton of Corsair Distillery contacted me about working to grow the podcast’s social following and downloads. To Zeno’s surprise, I had actually listened to the podcast and I saw it as an excellent opportunity to work with a growing project with a similar goal: provide helpful content to help the distilling industry grow.

Back in September, the Still Talking Podcast had 787 downloads and has steadily grown every month. The peak download month was May 2019 with 1,519 downloads. Over the current course of High-Proof Creative’s social management, the Still Talking Podcast has seen a growth of 732% in downloads!

Fusing elements of lifestyle into spirits education, and insights into the craft beverage industry, High-Proof was able to expand the Still Talking reach across platforms and broaden the audience.

With relatable social posts and industry-specific content, High-Proof Creative has been able to generate social deliverables that increase brand awareness while solidifying Still Talking as an authority in the spirits industry.
