Grapefruit-Rosemary Mule

Ingredients:
2 ounces vodka
2 ounces freshly squeezed pink grapefruit juice (That’s about ½ a grapefruit.)
½ ounce (1 tablespoon) fresh lime juice
3 ounces chilled ginger beer (I like Barritts or Reed’s)
1 sprig fresh rosemary

 

 

Clementine and Lemon Gin Cocktail

Ingredients:
1/4 cup fresh clementine juice (about 2 clementines)
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 oz. gin
6 oz. sparkling beverage
Tarragon, for garnish (optional)

 

Blood Orange Mojito

  • 1 ounce lime juice
  • 1 ounce light rum
  • 1 ounce blood orange juice
  • 1 tablespoon simple syrup
  • 2 ounces sparkling water

Brûléed Lemon Sour

  • 1 oz sweet & sour mix
  • Lemon LaCroix
  • 1 Lemon Sliced
  • Coarse Sugar
