How Full-Service Marketing Agencies Can Save You Time and Money

If there’s one thing I learned about distillery ownership in all of the years I spent writing about distilleries, it’s that beverage proprietors somehow have more hours in the day than the rest of us. I also learned you CAN mix alcohol types, and Navy Strength gin is amazing, but that’s all for another day.

It’s true though that nobody has time. Everyone is busy. But I gained immense respect for distillery employees and owners with additional full-time jobs. Even without another full-time job, owning and operating a distillery takes a special breed of people.

With this lack of time, marketing and sales are often the first to be outsourced. I know where most of you are: someone designed your website five years ago, someone else was hired to do social media, and another company handled logo and branding design. Beyond multiple points of contact and remembering who does what, you probably haven’t thought much about how isolating your marketing might be hurting your ROI or bottom line. Here are some of the ways of taking your marketing full-service with one agency that can help save you not only time but money.

Fewer Points of Contact

Need something posted on social media? Need a page added to your website? Need a flyer designed for an event? Want to check on website analytics? If it sounds like a dream come true to contact one person or company for all of these services, you’re probably in need of a full-service creative agency.

Consistent Goals

When you start working with a full-service marketing agency there should be a plan for success depending on which services your company needs. When all of the work is in-house, the content people are collaborating with digital marketing people who have insights into your analytics and goals, the person who built your website has already considered goals and insights of the other services provided. For instance, we can build you a website but if we have no idea how it’s performing in Google searches and are not in contact with the company who did your SEO, building a well-performing website to meet your sales goals is a shot in the dark.

Flexibility

Working with one company on multiple projects allows for flexibility. If a social campaign isn’t working out as expected, you can easily move your efforts to another area of marketing such as content creation. If you’re working with one company for social media, and another company for content it becomes difficult to combine or move around resources to another area of marketing. Paying for services that aren’t benefiting your company can become costly very quickly.

Results

This one comes down to the dollars you spend on marketing. You should always know the results of your efforts. Maybe your goals include more Likes or followers, maybe you want to see more sales, maybe your marketing is all about brand awareness — whatever your goals may be — a full-service agency that has access to all of your marketing efforts will be able to not only provide you results but be able to track the efforts and provide reports across all channels.
